Beautiful Land - For Rent!

Two Large plots and several small plots have become available in the green lush sim, Dusk. All but one plot has water frontage.

Dusk is a fully residential sim, themed as Gothic, Fantasy and Fae lands. It is home to faries, Vampires, Fauns and other wonderous folk.

The center of the island is a large garden for residents to enjoy, it includes cuddles, dances and even a fishing server.

Rental land is very similar to purchased land, you are free to rez your homes, terraform and build gardens as you would on purchased land. The main difference is there is no need for a lump sum land purchase and there is no resale of the land.

Wiccan Altar

I am proud to present the first joint venture of Charming Poses and October Rust! We have created this lovely wiccan altar which includes melting candles, 5 poses, all the basic ritual items and a book and wand attatchment!

The 6 melting candles included courtesy of October Rust have a menu with melting options!

The Making Magick pose comes with the attatchable Book of Shadows opened to the Wiccan Rede and a wand.

There are 2 kneeling poses for group rituals along with the Invoking the God and Goddess positions!

Dusk - Land Available

If you are looking for green and pleasant land to rent, two plots have become available in Dusk (4096 and 2048). The plots back on to each other so if you are after a larger parcel you can snag them both!

Dusk is a gothic, fae, fantasy and dark age sim. Dark and light living in harmony. Plots surround an enchanting fae grove, which is a garden for all residents to share. It includes, dances, cuddles, poses and is a delightful place to explore or just a peaceful place to catch your breath.

October Rust - Leather Sofa

In a departure from my usual furniture designs, October Rust bring you this modern leather sofa and matching chair. What's this I hear you cry, modern??? Well, I offered to make something for a friend and as usual I got carried away, the item didn't end up suiting their needs but I had fun making it non the less and decided to release it.



The sofa features 3 individually scripted cushion to allow 3 avatars to select the pose of their choice simultaneously. A notecard in each cushion allows you to adjust pose positioning and the more adventurous can even add new poses.

The sofa and chair are constructed using original, purpose made sculpties, baked textures and original poses.

DuskScape - landscaped plots at Dusk!

Introducing DuskScape! Our rental sim, Dusk, now offers the choice of fully landscaped plots with an October Rust home. All that's left to do is move in!

Plots feature an October Rust build, plants and trees, lighting, paths, landscaping, gazebo and more! All this and you still have access to WychWood, the communal garden in the center of Dusk.
