Dusk - Land to Rent

We currently have several plots vacant in Dusk.

Each plot is a square 4096m plot, 937 prims with rental price of L$1700 per week, with a minimum of 4 weeks required. 2048 size plots can be created if you are after something smaller.

Dusk is a gothic, fae, fantasy, country victorian, dark age sim... basically anything green and lush. Dusk is home to Faeries, Vampires, Fauns and other wondrous folk.

The center of the island is a large elven garden, reserved as common space fo all residents to enjoy.

Our rental land is very similar to purchased land, you are free to:

• Name your plot
• rez your home and buildings
  
• terraform and build gardens as you would on purchased land

Dusk is a full class 5 sim (not an openspace/homestead/void). A copy of the covenant for the island is available by clicking on one of the "For Rent" signs.

And Also the Trees

Trees have returned to October Rust. Originally I needed low prim, quality trees for a project I was working on so I created these fully sculptured trees. Each tree is only six prims and comes with an optional shadow (which is on a single large prim), striking a perfect balance between tree complexity and prim saving. There are 3 tree styles and 11 variations in total.

Some of the trees are on display in Dusk and around the October Rust store. Alternatively, I have installed a Display vender that allows you to preview all the trees available.

The Chapel

Sculptured Chapel from October Rust.

Virtually completely sculptured this build features prim gothic arch windows, gothic entrance and sculptured lighting to the front columns. The roof line has a large cone dome in the centre and the perimeter is adorned with spires.

Like all October Rust builds The Chapel has privacy and access controls.

Gothic Gazebo

Gothic Gazebo. Featuring Level of Detail optimised sculptures, this gazebo is beautifully finished and detailed while keeping prim count low. It is available in copy/mod and mod/trans version.

DUSK - Land Available for Rent

A Beautiful corner plot has become available in Dusk. This plot has views of Duskwood ( a display sim that can be sailed around in a medium sized boat). It is a 4096sqm parcel.
