I'm trying a few new techniques with this build. Firstly the use of shadows to give the home some depth. This has meant customising many of the textures and the addition of a few prims. So the prim count on this build will be higher than my usual.This home will also include furniture, lighting and poses. All of this adds to primage which I intend to combat with the use of 'layers' when packaging the home. There will be furniture layers, shadow layers and fittings layers... That should make it easy for the owner to trim down the prims if required.
It is inside this build where it really shines, a small home (20 x 15) which has a rich luxurious feel.
